Family-run B&B with free onsite parking and breakfast in Blackpool
Amenities
Ponderosa B&B offers free onsite parking with one designated space per room, a rare find in central Blackpool. The property has a bar where guests can enjoy evening drinks, a garden, and a sun terrace for outdoor relaxation. Daily housekeeping, a shared lounge with TV, and 24-hour security with CCTV are provided for guest convenience.
Rooms
Each of the four rooms has a private bathroom, tea and coffee maker, and a small fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottled water. Rooms also include a selection of sweets, biscuits, and toiletries such as makeup remover wipes, cotton wool, and hand cream. Family rooms are available, and accessible parking is offered for guests with reduced mobility.
Dining
A full English or Irish breakfast is served daily, with vegetarian options and special diet menus available on request. Breakfast includes unlimited tea and toast, and the hosts join guests for conversation after serving. The bar offers drinks at reasonable prices, such as two drinks for £5.
Location
The B&B is an 8-minute walk from Blackpool Central Beach and less than 1 km from Blackpool Tower. Coral Island and Winter Gardens Theatre are within easy walking distance. The property is located in the city centre, with flat access to the seafront and main attractions.
Guest Satisfaction
Guests consistently rate the B&B 10 out of 10 for its welcoming hosts, Julie and Billy, who offer tea and biscuits on arrival. Many reviewers highlight the immaculate cleanliness, comfortable beds, and the extra touches such as a small fridge in the room. The free parking and central location are repeatedly cited as major advantages.
